Dr Rajay Narain MRCP(UK)Dr Narain is the founder and Director of Global Health Alliance UK. He works a Cardiologist at St. Georges University Hospital, London.

Dr Narain has been involved in Health & Heart Screening programs since 2005 at National & International level; he has also been screening UK Football & Rugby league players. Dr Narain is a member of the EAPCI, EAPCR, and a Council member for Stroke at the European Society of Cardiology. He is a Founder & Director of Heart Foundation, & UK cardiovascular Innovation Network.

He is also Advisor to many Government and Private Medical Institutions in India. He has presented papers at several National & International Conferences.


Angela Hartley

Angela HartleyAngela Hartley is a Cardiac Specialist Nurse with experience in working both the acute setting at the Royal Brompton Hospital, London and in the private Cardiac Rehabilitation sector on Harley Street, London. Angela also works as an Arrhythmia Clinical Specialist Nurse at London Bridge Hospital whilst also working privately as an exercise specialist for her own business Clinical Exercise. She delivers one-to-one exercise and nutrition programmes to a wide variety of clients including those with heart disease, post cardiac arrest, cardiac arrhythmias, cancer, diabetes and those with weight management needs.

Angela says "It is my goal to help as many people as possible to have a better quality of life by improving their health. I've helped hundreds of people to improve their blood pressure, blood glucose, weight and health markers through lifestyle and behaviour change, focusing on exercise, nutrition and mindset. I also make it as easy as possible for the patient so that they can stick to it! I also get so much joy from helping people with a heart condition to return to a full and active life after their diagnosis.


Harriet Smith

Harriet SmithHarriet is an award-winning Dietitian and Health Writer who is registered with the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). She completed a Bachelor of Sciences (BSc) degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and graduated with first-class honours from King’s College London.

As a Health Writer, she has over five years of experience writing for consumer, industry and national media. She was recently awarded the Complete Nutrition Magazine 'Writer of the Year' award for 2018, and was a columnist for the magazine for two years, for which she delivered nutrition-related articles to a readership of 13,000 healthcare professionals. Her current business ‘Surrey Dietitian’ provides freelance copywriting services to medical nutrition, food and beverage companies.

Harriet is also the Royal Automobile Club Dietitian, and sees private clients at her clinics in Pall Mall, London and Epsom, Surrey. Through her role as the RAC Club Dietitian, she has a delivered a series of talks and events on topics including sports nutrition, diabetes and weight management. Additionally, Harriet provides consultancy services to global PR and marketing agencies. In her spare time, Harriet enjoys working with Culinary Medicine UK (CMUK) to deliver nutrition education to medical students and doctors throughout the UK.


Dr Nanda Kumar

Dr Nanda KumarDr Nanda Kumar is a qualified Interventional Cardiologist, who has worked in reputed hospitals across India and in the UK.

He is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC) and also the member of the European Associations for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (EACPR).

Dr Nanda Kumar, performs coronary interventions including a wide spectrum of coronary angioplasties. His special interests include multi-vessel angioplasties and coronary interventions in patients with kidney failure.

He is also very keen on working towards heart disease prevention by aggressively addressing risk factors like Hypertension, Diabetes,High Cholesterol and Obesity.

Dr Nanda Kumar with his vast clinical experience fully understands the demographics and the behavioural pattern of heart disease in Asian population. He is very committed in ensuring that the prime focus should be on disease prevention and a life which is hearty healthy.

He strongly believes that timely detection of risk factors for heart disease, and measures to modify them will be the most crucial aspect in heart care. This will go a long way in the overall happiness that exists in one’s family and society at large.
